Cruise Shipmate App Reviews

All encompassing app. Very entertaining!

I have used this app for a couple of years and have found it to be a quick access to various cruises and ships. Over the past weekend I want to research a cruise being offered by Royal Caribbean but couldnt locate it on the app. I emailed Cruise Ship Mate over the weekend and was contacted back first thing Monday morning. The itinerary has been changed and I added to my list of cruises. I was very impressed with their customer service and the degree they want to have the most up to date information.

This app is fantastic for anyone who cruises and especially for new cruisers. My only complaint is the ship features section. I would rather see the ships features in color photos as they appear on the ship instead of another deck map. Personal photos does not do these ships justice.

This app has everything you would want: packing checklist, ship location, other peoples reviews of the ship and rooms, pictures, deck plans, and much more!!!!!!

So many resources and utilities for this small app. Perfect. BUT they havent added the Fathom+impact cruises to Dominican Republic or Cuba. Still a great way to meet people and get information.

lots of useful information, in a easy to use app. log in for offline use of deck plans and such. VERY fast answers from support. Im very impressed. would recommend !

Im so glad I found this app. All my past and future cruises are now available on my iPhone and iPad, and theres so much additional information, Im just beginning to learn all the resources and abilities that are available with this app. I emailed a question to the developers and got an immediate, very helpful response, so their customer service is a big plus as well.

Great and informative app. Use it a LOT to gather information on upcoming cruises

App is slow, has lots of lag time. Comments disappear. If someone does not like your opinion they will delete you even if it does not violate terms of service.

I am a cruising addict and travel is my passion so this app is perfect!!! Love the ability to add my previous cruises and LOVE how you can add your photos to the gallery!!! Its helps when planning to see others photos and experiences of the ships and ports your looking at going!!! Love the app!!!!!!

Wow - what a great app - lots of useful information about my upcoming cruises all in one easy accessible place (deck plans, itinerary, shore excursions, et). Ive taken 44 cruises and love having a summary of these cruise in one place.

Carnival Magic has undergone some upgrades and it still has the old deck plans.

I have reported porn on this site several times. Its still there. Not a family viewable app.

I have been using Ship Mate for several years and it always works great. Its a great way to keep track of past cruises and ports visited.

All in one app makes it nice !
