This is a really great app, its a good way to learn about cruising, where to go, what to do.....LOVE IT!

This is one of the best apps Ive ever downloaded it so user-friendly its got a lot of extra features that I watch and now they will send you messages if they see a decrease in the cruise fares. Every time I go on a cruise I use this I look at it in between cruises for deals and deck cams. Highly recommend Ive had no problems with it

This is a great app. I love the count down to my next cruise and that it has all my information in one place. My room number the deck plans and the itinerary of the cruise. Sometimes it is fun to read what others post especially if its the same ship you will be on. I have cruised many times and never had ship information like this app. Thank you !

The app is fun to count down the days until our trip. We booked our excursions through the app. But the best part as far as Im concerned is the customer support. There was a glitch with the app. I emailed customer support at 10:20 PM. I received a personal response, not an automated we will check on it, within 4 minutes. After 10 PM. Unbelievable. The issue was fixed by morning.

I love this app - I was able to load all of our 11 previous cruises and the 3 we have booked so far for 2017 and 2018. You can look up deck plans, itineraries, etc for any active cruise ship - this a wonderful planning tool. ...and you can check out all their current locations using the ship finder. Totally cool!

If you are cruising with Carnival this app is a must. The customer service is top notch. Mike handled my inquiries friendly, quick and efficient. I appreciate the fact that Carnival really values customers and treats them accordingly. Customer service is top notch.

We really enjoy Shipmate. It makes upcoming cruises more fun to plan for. Fun to share our excitement with others. I even had a great customer service experience. I contacted them about an incorrect itinerary. The next day it was fixed. Great work from the Shipmate team!!

I love this app! This is our first cruise and I am so excited. This App helps me organize our plans. For some reason my cruise info got a bug or something. However I emailed them and when I woke up the next day it was fixed! And personal emails were sent no automated! This app is free and they must take pride in their work. From a very happy customer, THANK YOU!!!

This app is very easy to navigate through. I love viewing all of the photos of past cruisers, especially of the ships that Ive been aboard and the islands that Ive been to. Ive even posted a few photos. This app makes me smile! ⚓️

Great App! Just booked a Royal Caribbean cruise leaving on Sept 8th and went to add to my favorite cruise app and found that sailing was not listed. Not the end of the world, but I emailed customer service to give them a heads up. Got an immediate reply that they would try to get the issue resolved. To my surprise, 2 days later Mike was emailing me with news it was on line. Happy Days!!! Love this app for finding out about various ships and cruises, my upcoming cruises, but about most importantly about my cruise history. A must download.

This could be a really good app but it crashes far too often, making it rather frustrating and useless for me.

I love the ap and counting down to my next cruise. I also love the messaging about specific cruises and all the info Ive used from previous sailers about ports and fun things to do. I dont like that I cant erase direct messages even of people I have blocked.

Who has time for an unnecessarily complicated ap? Not me! Thanks for an easy and helpful product. Cruise on!

Easy way to list itineraries and ports. I like the cruise countdown to my next cruise embarkation day. However, I would like to be able to search using cruises leaving a port at a particular time versus by ship. Great Customer Service!

Love having access to itineraries for past and upcoming cruises. Another great feature is tracking your schedule by day. Ship Mate app enables me to have my cruise info on my iPhone...it great!!!

I play on this app every day looking up ship stats and ship locations. Its tons of fun and extremely helpful when planning for a cruise. Plus, it helps to pass the time between being on a ship! Thanks Ship Mate!

Up until a few weeks ago It had my cruise. September 24,2016. It is missing from the list. Long with list I had made. Fix it.
