This app helped me find some people to make friends with that will be on my cruise in October! Im going by myself and its my first cruise, so it definitely helps having a way to meet people before you board!

I love this app! Its very informative and keeps you up to date on all the ongoings of your cruise, there was one minor glitch in my itinerary but I emailed the customer support team and they were prompt to correct it and very attentive and friendly! If im already this satisfied with the app, i cant wait to see the level of service and satisfaction i will get on the actual cruise! 51 days, Cant wait!

There is no app that does a better job allowing you to see the location of every cruise ship, be able to look at your past and future cruises , and see itineraries for every cruise on every ship. You can also see ship cams, and follow your friends and even message them! This is the best app for all cruisers if you have been on 1 or 1001!

This is a must have app for novice or cruise junkies alike. Great for keeping track of your upcoming cruises, and helpful in recalling where you were on a certain day on past cruises. You can share with the whole world or keep everything private, your choice. Customer support is second to none! 5 Stars!

I love this app! Its cool to be able to see peoples pictures and read reviews of boats and also view deck maps. I love being able to post questions too and know youll get useful info in response.

Great app to use to track all of your upcoming cruises or to just do some research. If an itinerary needs updated, just shoot them an email and they are quick to respond. This is the best cruise app out there.

The people behind this app are fantastic. I requested a cruise be loaded into the app and in just a few short days it was there. They always respond to inquiries timely. The app works flawlessly. Have used it for several cruises and would be lost without it now. Contains a lot of of information regarding each port. Love it!

The best cruise app by far. You can actually use it. And when this go a little sideways(almost never) it gets fixed immediately. And I do mean immediately!

I just got back from a cruise last week. I didnt even think about using this app then. Im slapping myself now. However, Im going on a Halloween cruise and Shipmate is going with me!

Love watching my cruise countdown and my upcoming cruise wasnt listed so I emailed customer service. Within minutes not only did I receive an email back but Mike had it added as well! Wish everyones customer service was this great!

I use this app for all my cruises. I find the deck maps and ship features extremely useful, along with the pictures and comments passengers post interesting. I highly recommend this app!

The ship position is not true. Ship Mate just places the ship where it is scheduled to be. My wife was on a cruise and Ship Mate show the ship in Aruba where it was scheduled to be. Ship was actually headed for the Grand Caymans due to a hurricane close to Aruba.

If you like going on a cruise or even if is your first time, you must get this app.

I had never heard of this app until I read reviews of Carnivals app and someone suggested this app instead and I am so glad they did! Its one of the more user friendly apps ever and it has some great ways to interact with your fellow cruisers. All of my past cruise history is right there for me to see when I need it. Great work guys! Their customer service is nothing short of amazing also. Great job Mike!

After reading the positive reviews, I decided to load the app. Been trying for 30 minutes to sign up, get error message over and over to try again later.

So glad I found this app. I find myself on it daily, even though my cruise is months away. Great layout, easy to use and a great resource. Thanks!!

If you are addicted to cruising you will be opening this app daily... reminiscing over past cruises, dreaming about your next cruise, planning where you should go next... Seriously! I love this app! Great customer support and so much information. I do wish there was a way I could keep my data when off line (such as when I am at sea and dont want to deal with the frustration of getting online while on vacation) Thanks!

It is so awesome to chat with others getting ready for their cruise. Also good to get reviews of different ships and ports. Need a question answered about a port or cruise, then this is the app for you as many of us addicted to cruising are glad to help.
