Ship is beautiful. But was made for sailing in Europe. Not Carribean. Made the mistake of booking during spring break week and had over 1000 kids on board. Pools are very small. There are 2. Hot tubs on serenity deck were nice. Dinner at the steak house was very good and lived the lunch at Teppanyaki. Casinos are small but they do have a non smoking area. Love the mask nite and white nite. 2 comedy shows , going st one time. Get there early.

I tried loading some pictures to the reviews, and it only grabbed two from my library. I was hoping to add more.

It has great tools like Roll Calls where you can talk to people on your upcoming cruise, Q&As to share tips with fellow travelers, and fun features like cruise countdowns or ship tracking. You can even use it to find deals on future cruises.

If you travel on multiple cruise lines, this is the app that will keep all of your cruise details in one place.

I love your app, but please make changes to allow users to select their landing screen. I don’t want to see the news feed when I open the app. I want to see my cruises. Thanks.

This is a great app to keep track of all cruises. One easy place to find upcoming information for new cruises and look up old cruises. All the time we will be talking about a cruise and forget something and it’s easy to find all the stats about a past cruise.

The best app

I have added Shipmate since my first cruise in 2022. Since then I have been on 2 additional cruises and have booked another this year. The app does provide a lot of user’s experience, however I have not bee able to upload photos from my second and third cruise. The only photos that I have (4 on the app) are from my first cruise. I have checked all of the settings to include my privacy settings and there is no way to access my photos from my phone, this is the reason why I rated the app in this manner.

Super helpful for me to keep track of my cruises. I wish there was a way for me to mark them with some sort of thumbs up or down so I remember what ships I want to avoid in the future.

I would never be able to keep track of our cruises without this site. I also gain a lot of info and ideas from other cruisers. Thank you so much. Jeanne Thomas

My wife and I cruise at least 15 times per year. SHIPMATE helps me organize my life since i am only 5 seconds from checking for our upcoming cruises. Its a must when i have to make a doctors appointment. SHIPMATE is the best app on my phone.

Its OK. But it is difficult to navigate around and find things it’s not obvious if you have a message or if someone has accepted a connection. Definitely need to do more work on this app.

I think this app and their excursion is a scam

While on the Norwegian Joy Guest Service refused to credit a guest for a service that was purchased days before embarking that they had cancelled the day of sailing away. They unexpectedly changed the status and the amount for the purchase by increasing it instead of offering the same deal that was originally purchased. The Service received from managerial staff on this sailing was very disappointing. The Cabin steward appeared lazy with a whole lot of excuses on why she performed her duties poorly. Although the interior of the ship was nice, most of the service was mediocre. I felt like I had vertigo after debarking due to the daily rigorous ride we had. Overall, our families made the best of it…

Having used the app since 2019, have not seen any updates or improvements, for example: - Itinerary changes prior to departure are not updated. Nor can you manually update them. That would also be helpful when you have a itinerary change during the cruise to have an accurate record. - You can’t download the itinerary and send it to someone.

Shipmate is an awesome app. You get to experience the different ships through the eyes of others.

I have used this app for many cruises and now I can’t login. I don’t know what the problem is. I tried deleting the app re-downloading it can’t log in. Help!

This app used to be great, but now nothing works. Pictures don’t show up, can’t change settings, won’t let me upload pictures, etc. Please get this fixed soon!!!

The ship tracking is nowhere accurate. Showing my ship up above Miami but I am almost to Grand Turk.

Instead of logging in to a website — quick reliable, honest information for everything cruising. Then if needed, I go to the specifics of the website. It would be a five star if people would be kicked off for being rude and calling names. I’m way older than my shoe size and if it keeps to be a problem, I’ll be leaving the app. Couple more months of exploring and then I’ll make a final decision. It’s the very reason I don’t have any other social media accounts.

The only way

I really love this app so I wanted to give their excursions a try. Totally disappointed. I booked a tour in Roatán for 11am as my ship arrives at 8 am. They sent me confirmation and tickets for 7 am tour! Emailed back and restated my times that I signed up for and why. They responded and said they would fix it. After A few days I asked them what was going on and they answered with email saying it was fixed and new tickets. The new tickets were now for 8 am. Again. I told them that’s not what o booked and not what I can do. They responded with this is what we have for your booking. Period. I IMMEDIATELY CANCELED my tour with them And booked with get my guide. I really wanted to love it.

After the recent update, I am unable to login via Facebook. It keeps asking me to enter an email after the Facebook verification and says I already ha e an account. Never ending loop.

This is an all-around great app. If you consider yourself a cruiser, This is the app for you! Easy platform layout, up-to-date community insight & great suggestions. Great way to always stay connected by sharing or receiving wide variety of reviews & awesome pictures that will inspire you!

We have been using Shipmate since we began cruising in 2009. We find it a ready resource for selecting a cruise, finding excursions and find the photo section extremely helpful. We add our cruises and photo’s and use Shipmate as a memory book of our past vacations which we can easily share with family and friends.

All that shows up is a picture of a ship

I appreciate Shipmates because I can coordinate cruises with friends as well as track my own travels. I also like the arrival and departure times for each stop on the cruise, something the Royal App lacks.

I think this is a great way to meet new people both on your cruise and who have seen places on your bucket list to help decide which trip I want to take next.

This is a great iPhone app (I had a bit f trouble with iPad app, but possibly needed to update) It helped me to see pictures of my upcoming cruise ship. See excursions etc. I wish it outs have left my info on there afterwards so I could refer to it afterwards. At least for a couple of months. (Even off line) I would suggest it for anyone especially a first time cruiser.

This a great way to keep track of future and past cruises.

We are on our dream vacation and booked a tour with shipmate. There is no one here and the number we called refuse to acknowledge our reservation for WW11 the beginnings to end. He says we don’t have a reservation. We have a written confirmation that was paid for weeks ago. We have copies and credit card receipts. If doesn’t happen I will go all over social media with what happened! Don’t do it people their so disorganized. It’s not like we can come back tomorrow. Someone in your organization needs to make this right now!

I am a very experienced cruiser we are now finishing our cruise on the beyond The ship is beautiful , food & service was great , we found that bar service has been very poor at Eden , and other bars through out the ship when a bar staff member sees that you are a captains club member trying to Order your complimentary drinks between 5 & 7 pm Also celebrity limiting to ordering drinks at bars only not dinning rooms . Now come on celebrity this is not how you reward your loyal cruisers 🥲

Enjoy this app. Keeps your cruise dates and information saved. Always has great informative tours that works well with the cruise ships itinerary.
